Maintenance time

• Sat 25.4. starting at 7 a.m., and after the fair closes until 7 p.m.

Fair opening hours

• Sat 25.4. at 9 a.m.‒6 p.m. (main doors open to C-hall arena at 8.30 a.m.)

• Sun 26.4. at 9.30 a.m.‒5 p.m. (main doors open to C-hall arena at 9 a.m.)

Dismantling

• Sun 26.4. at 5 p.m.–10 p.m.

• Mon 27.4. at 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Note! Ready-made stands must be empty until Sun 26.4. at 10 p.m.

Exhibitors with own stand structures can continue dismantling on Mon 27.4. at 8 a.m.–12 a.m.

Maintenance doors

Maintenance doors open in halls during construction-, dismantling- and maintenance hours. Maintenance doors by halls:

E hall: E3

A hall: A2, A8, A9 (Note, during the exhibition days A9 is only for horses and their riders!)

C hall: C21, C17 (C19 kisakanslia)

D hall: D25, D28

Driving car to halls

Driving inside the hall is prohibited on the last day of construction, Friday, 24.4. On Friday, you can drive the car to the loading/unloading area near the maintenance doors, where you can unload the goods and move the vehicle to the parking area immediately afterwards. Companies with own stand structures are allowed to drive cars to halls on Thursday, 23.4.

You may drive a car into the hall an hour after the fair closes on dismantling time. Please wait the permission of an access supervisor at the hall door before driving into the hall.

Exhibition office / info

The exhibitor office / info is located in the main enterance. Office opening hours will be published later.

The exhibitor office phone number is 0207 701 222. When the exhibition office is closed, the hall manager on duty can be reached at the number 050 351 6500. During the dismantling time the exhibition office is closed.

Please note that balloons are not allowed at The Horses Fair due to the risk of explosion.
